Hope everyone has been having a great summer and staying healthy. As most of you heard already, the Activity Center will not open up again. This summer we will focus on packing and getting things ready for the move as well as provide you with outdoor programming opportunities and a few more virtual programs.

When will the new senior center be open?

The new senior center will open sometime this fall. Be prepared for programs and activities to look different as we will have to follow all CDC and MDH guidelines to safely open up during this pandemic. Some potential changes: Registering in advance for all activities including drop in acitvities, limiting group sizes for all activities, follow physical distancing guidelines, no sharing of materials including food and drinks, no day trips. These are just a few examples of potential changes. We will be sure to communicate with you what the new guidelines will be and when we have an opening date.
