Pen Pal Program
Thank you to those that have signed up for the pen pal program.  We have already made several matches with youth and seniors.  You should expect your first letter from your pen pal anytime now.  We still have about 10 youth that would like to have a senior pen pal but we do not have a senior to match them up with.  If you are interested you can sign up here.

Healthy Protein Virtual Presentation- Friday, May 8 at 10:00 a.m.
We have teamed up with Heather Carpentier from Chronicles in Health to bring you this free presentation.  She will explain to you the importance of eating the right kind of protein in order to get the full health benefits.  If you are interested in attending please call 763.635.4500 or email ActivityCenter@ElkRiverMN.gov and we will send you the link to join the Zoom presentation.


Mother's Day Tea- Monday, May 11 at 10:30 a.m.
Have a cup of tea (or coffee) with Natalie and Megan virtually using Zoom.  We will talk about our favorite Mother's Day traditions and anything else you would like to talk about! Epidemics of the 20th Century- Thursday, May 14 at 9:30 a.m.
Mike Brubaker, Executive Director of Sherburne History Center will lead this informative discussion on the Epidemics of the 20th Century.  This virtual presentation will take place using Zoom.
