Filing for the open seats of Councilmember Ward 1, Councilmember Ward 4, and the Elk River Mayor is now open through Tuesday, May 31. Any eligible person may become a candidate by submitting an Affidavit of Candidacy form with the City Clerk during regular Elk River City Hall business hours and paying a $5 fee.
