Calling all creative kids - show off your artistic skills by completing/submitting this coloring sheet and your design could be featured on the 2022 Elk River Farmers Market reusable tote bag! This is Charli's artwork, featured on the 2021 reusable tote bag from her colorful submission. This coloring contest is open to kids age 3-7.
Completed artwork can be scanned and emailed to Karen Wingard, or dropped off at Elk River City Hall (13065 Orono Parkway). All works of art must be submitted by Monday, March 7, and the winner will be announced at the following Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting.
