Curb and gutter pouring has been taking center stage at Orono Park this week, and because of the necessary cure time, the boat launch will remain closed this weekend!
The boat launch will reopen at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 5 and remain open daily until mid-October when paving is set to take place, which will then require another couple-day closure.
You’ll also notice some of the splashpad features went in, recently. Things are looking great out at Orono Park! One thing to note, the skateboard park remains under the control of the contractor, and is NOT open for public use at this time.
