Have you noticed the traffic change on Hwy 10 through Elk River? Starting Monday, August 9, motorists began utilizing the newly reconstructed westbound lanes of Hwy 10, as work gets underway on the eastbound side.
The eastbound lanes will remain one lane at this time, as crews have already started work on the inside lane and median area. We appreciate all the patience as this necessary MnDOT project has progressed, and the great news is - we’re halfway to completion! In addition to reconstructing the eastbound lanes now, crews will also reconstruct the multiuse trail pedestrian trail that runs from Simonet Drive to Lowell Avenue.
