The City of Elk River would like to welcome everyone to visit our dazzling downtown during the month of December, where you'll enjoy the festive feel of the holiday season as you look local for all your shopping needs. We have a huge Christmas tree lit up in all of its splendor, and an area where you can take photos using Santa’s sleigh as a prop!
Kids are invited to help themselves to a free goodie bag that includes a photo frame kit and other treats. Children can even send a letter to Santa and receive a personalized answer in the mail! (Be sure to include the child’s name and mailing address on the letter, then place it in Santa’s special mailbox before December 13. No postage necessary.)
