Elk River Police are asking for your help in identifying this female suspect in connection with a series of thefts. Over the last month there have been seven theft reports from the 10800 block of 181st Lane to the 10700 block of 181st Circle, items stolen included bird baths, flowers and pots/planters. All occurrences have taken place between 2:20 and 3:30 a.m. and some of the homes have been stolen from on separate occasions.
