All city offices will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. Trash/recycling collection will be delayed by one day.
Please note, starting Tuesday, May 26 the Elk River City Hall will begin summer hours which are Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday’s from 7:30 a.m. to noon.
