UPDATE: Due to the inclement weather forecast, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Family Spooktacular event this Saturday. Refunds will be issued to those who have already registered.
Toddlers and teens alike will enjoy the spooktacular festivities as they arrive in costume to collect candy and treats from participating businesses and organizations. Each paid participant will receive a free, reusable bag for trick-or-treating. We’ll have all sorts of activities such as hayrides, crafts, games and music. Compete in our costume contest where there’s no set theme, so anything goes. You can be scary, funny or just plain creative!
The event runs from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 12 and is open to all ages. Please note, due to construction at Lions Park, this year’s event will be held at Orono Park.
Tickets are just $3 in advance, or $5 at the door. Buy online now or stop by the City of Elk River Parks and Recreation office located at 13065 Orono Parkway.
Elk River Parks and Recreation is looking for local businesses and organizations to join the fun. Boost your brand awareness by sponsoring a booth on the Treat Trail. There is no cost for space, we just ask that you bring treats for our guests! To sign up or learn more click here.
