The City of Elk River strives to recognize businesses who go above and beyond to make their property shine. Every month from May to October, a different business is presented with the City Beautification Award, a public acknowledgment of appreciation to business owners who’ve made an effort to clean, repair, improve, and/or enhance the overall aesthetics of their property.
