Elk River’s Snow Event is no longer in effect and overnight parking is once again permitted on city streets. As plows continue to remove excess snow, please be sure to not shovel/plow snow into the streets, clear an area around fire hydrants on or near your property, and keep trash carts in your driveway - NOT in the street.
