You're invited to participate in the Battle of the Badges Elk River Community Blood Drive. The blood drive is hosted by the Elk River Police and Fire Departments in cooperation with Memorial Blood Centers. The Memorial Blood Center mobile donation bus will be outside the Police Department on Wednesday August 31st from 8:00AM -12:00PM.
