The City of Elk River is gathering community input regarding three buildings that provide the following services: Senior Services, Ice Arena Activities, and Community/Banquet Space.
All three current buildings need significant capital improvements. What services do you believe our community needs?

3. Feasibility of building a new multi-use facility
