Spirits were bright at the Wal-Mart in Elk River for the "Shop with a Cop" event. It was a joint effort from the surrounding law enforcement community. Officers and staff from the Elk River Police Department, Big Lake Police Department, Becker Police Department, Sherburne County Sheriff's Office, and the Sherburne County Health and Human Services Department donated their time to make the experience a great success for all!
