Two meetings are scheduled for citizens to get more details about the rehabilitation loan program for homeowners.
The first meeting is Thursday, March 19, at 6:00 p.m.
The second meeting is Saturday, March 21, at 10:00 a.m.
Both meetings are held at Union Congregational Church, 1118 4th St., Elk River.
