[ARCHIVED] City of Elk River is Seeking Resident Input

The City of Elk River is undertaking a planning study of the existing gravel mining area located in northern Elk River along the US Highway 169 corridor.

The study is intended to address land use and infrastructure needs upon completion of mining operations.

We need your input. There are two ways to get involved.

1. Go to our customized community engagement website http://elkriver.mindmixer.com to learn about the project and to share your ideas. You may also contact the project lead, Jeremy Barnhart, at 763.635.1034 or Kelsey Johnson at 763.287.8521 for more information.

2. The city will host a community visioning session for the area at 7:00 p.m. on August 26, at Elk River City Hall located at 13065 Orono Parkway.
