Elk River's Snow Event is no longer in effect and overnight parking is once again permitted on city streets and city-owned parking lots. As plows continue to remove excess snow, please be sure to not shovel/plow snow into streets and ensure all trash and recycling are placed in driveways for collection - NOT in the street.
