Filing has closed and the candidates have begun their campaigns. Elk River will have a primary for the Council Member Ward 4 seat on Tuesday, August 12, 2014.
The three candidates running for the Ward 4 seat are:

The top two candidates selected at the primary will be placed on the November 4 General Election ballot.
