NEW AND EXPANDED THIS YEAR! Downtown Trick or Treat is a great (and free) opportunity for kids ages 12 and under to dress up in their best Halloween costume and visit participating Elk River businesses and organizations for candy and treats. 

Families can stop along for a photo opportunity at Rivers Edge Commons Park and visit the petting zoo.

NEW: Due to the success and nature of this event, downtown Elk River will be closed to vehicle traffic. Not only does this increase safety, but it allows our event to expand to businesses and organizations that exist outside of downtown.
