Join us for this evidence based program designed to keep you mobile and independent. Tai Ji Quan will help improve your balance, strengthen your muscles, and reduce the risk of falling. Each session consists of a warm up, a mix of core forms and brief cool down exercises. This workshop is 24 sessions and will typically be held every Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
