In this 45 minute yoga class you will use a chair for support. The practice will start with a seated warm up, including breath practice and movement. The active portion of class is standing and incorporates movement, yoga poses, and balance. You will return to a seated position to stretch the entire body. Practice ends with a final relaxation. No mat is required. This class is instructed by Sue Montague. She has been practicing yoga since 2007 and became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2007. She currently teaches at Guardian Angels and Azitala Hot Yoga Studio in Elk River.
