Tote Bag Design Contest

Our tote bag coloring contest runs from March 1 until April 7, 2023. Voting will take place on April 13 at the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting.

The coloring template can be downloaded by clicking the link below. Completed sheets can either be emailed or dropped off at City Hall. The winner's coloring art will be on the official 2023 tote bag design.

NEW IN 2023

Introducing our first ever Winter Farmers Market! Immediately following the 2023 summer season, you're invited to be a vendor for our winter season. The Winter Farmers Market will be held indoors at the Elk River YMCA on the first Thursday of the month from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. from November to May. More details available in January.
