Inspection Information:
To be assured of meeting your needs for an inspection, please allow at least 24 hours advance notice to schedule an inspection. Inspections need to be made by the permit holder/contractor. Before a final inspection can be passed, all the prior listed inspections need to pass first. You will be given an inspection card listing the inspections needed in the proper order.

Please allow at least 24 hours advance notice to schedule an inspection. We are unable to schedule same day inspections. Please note that we might not be able to schedule the exact time you request, so please plan accordingly.
Commercial Inspections
Please allow additional time for all commercial inspections.
Commercial Building Permits (New Construction, Addition, Remodel, Etc.) require a final fire inspection to be completed by the Fire Marshal. To schedule, please contact the Building Safety Division Front Desk at 763-635-1060.
