Hemp Based THC and Adult Use Cannabis

In 2023 the legislature enacted new laws legalizing adult-use cannabis and establishes a regulatory framework for the cannabis industry. The regulatory framework will take time to develop and will be managed by the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). The OCM will issue licenses and develop regulations outlining how and when a business can participate in the new adult-use industry.
