'Elk River Sings' Talent Competition

5:00 -6:30 p.m.Elk River Sings

Get your pipes ready, Elk River! We're looking for some talented singers to participate in our 'Elk River Sings' talent show on Saturday, July 30 before the main stage concert.

Minnesota Sings is a competition between cities throughout our great state designed for amateur singers. Vocalists compete for the honor of representing their city in the statewide competition against the other city winners, not to mention the opportunity to win some amazing prizes.

Singers must be 21 or older to compete, and only individual contestants are eligible - sorry no multiple singers or additional instruments may be used. This is an amateur competition, so if more than 25% of your 2021 income came from singing, then we consider you to be a professional and therefore not eligible to compete.

Submit a Singing Sample

In lieu of formal auditions, we ask that interested singers submit a short video of their work to Karen Wingard, via email. This could be a video attachment from a smart device, YouTube link, etc. Deadline to submit your vocal talent is Friday, July 1.
