Mobile Food Units

Mobile Food Units, also known as Food Trucks, are self-contained food service operations, located in a readily movable or towed vehicle that is ready movable without disassembling and that is used to store, prepare, display, or serve food intended for individual portion service, or as defined in MN Statutes Section 157.15, subd. 9. 

Anyone wishing to operate a Mobile Food Unit in Elk River must first obtain a permit. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
